Receive an email when an opportunity in Loudoun County comes through. There's no schedule. Just opportunities when they surface.

why i built this
I'm Jake. I've been in Loudoun five years. I've wanted to invest locally the whole time. And for five years, almost nothing came across my desk.
I figured I couldn't be the only one.
So I'm building the group I wished existed — bringing deals to a community of local investors who can look at them, think through them, and decide for themselves what's worth backing. No fees. No fund. No obligation. I'm not your manager. I'm just the person who decided that if this group didn't exist, I'd make it.
The more good people join, the better the deal flow gets, and the more we can do together. Come in and help shape it.
